Judges chapter six begins with the return of a once defeated enemy of Israel, the Midianites.  Numbers chapter 31 details Israel’s great victory, which left the Midianites leaderless and helpless.  Yet, because of Israel’s persistent idolatry, this once beaten enemy returns to oppress and harass the nation.  In this message we look at the reasons beaten enemies return in our lives and the damage they can do if we do not turn to God.
