God’s Voice In The Thunder
Jesus has cleansed the temple, risen Lazarus from the dead, and experienced the triumphal entry into Jerusalem.  There was a buzz of excitement around Him and the people could feel it.  Something big was about to happen, but what was it?  He wasn't intimidated by the religious elite, conquered death with but a word, and was being worshiped and adored.  There seemed to be no where to go but up!  Yet, in John 12, Jesus tells His listeners that He was troubled. Why?

    Nicodemus
When Nicodemus met with Jesus under cover of darkness, he was a man trying to figure out what this "teacher" was all about.  He had questions and Jesus patiently led him through the answers.  Using a story from Israel's history, Jesus provided Nicodemus with a graphic representation of who Jesus was and what He was there to do.

    Know Your Identity
The first few chapters of 1 Chronicles is a list of genealogies.  One name after another without any particular attention paid to individuals.  Amidst the names of chapter four, a break appears in verses nine and ten to describe a man named Jabez.  This was a man whose identity from birth had been declared as one who would cause pain.  Jabez did not accept this identity and asked God to orchestrate his life so that he would walk in a different destiny.  Like Jabez, walking in our destiny begins with discarding the identity thrust upon us  by others and accepting the identity God has for us.

    In Jesus Name
    Series: general
Jesus tell us in John 14;14 that if we pray in Jesus name, He will do it.  But, what does He mean?  Is it as simple as adding "In Jesus Name" to the end of our prayer or is it something more?  In this message we explore what it means to pray 'In Jesus Name."
