M&M Women’s Ministry has been created to build a community of Godly women.

But, what is a Godly woman?

Proverbs 31 is one of the first passages people often think of when trying to define a Godly woman.

While this is a beautiful testament to women, it is not about being perfect as mankind views perfection. It is about recognizing the following:

• We are beautiful
• We represent the heart of God
• We are different but yet alike all at the same time.

The word in Proverbs 31 traditionally translated as virtuous means forceful, valiant, or mighty in the Tanakh, the canon of the Hebrew Bible and is used almost exclusively regarding warfare. Therefore,

• We are mighty in warfare.

What does this mean to the ladies at Revive Outreach Church?

Vision

Our vision is to build a strong bond among our ladies through Bible study, fellowship, meetings, conferences, retreats, and discussions that will empower our service to and serve as a witness to our community.

Mission

It is the mission of M&M Women’s Ministry to equip ladies with an understanding of

• who they are in Christ
• who they are in their family
• who they are in the church
• who they are in the community
• who they are in the world

We want to help women form a sisterhood of encouragement and love; a safe haven to develop relationships based on Godly principles.

We want to help women understand how to nurture their spiritual being while still meeting the demands of their busy lives.
